Terms and Condition of Sale
PaymentPrivate purchases
Payment must be made before goods are dispatched.
Organisations
An invoice will be issued when goods are dispatched and your account will be debited.
Payment is required within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Interest may be charged on overdue payments.

Damaged goods
Occasionally goods are damaged in transit. If you see any sign of damage to the goods or packing, sign the receipt document with the words ‘not inspected’ or ‘damaged when received’.Then contact us immediately. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt or the claim may be invalid.
We will collect faulty or damaged goods, or refund carriage in full for goods returned under guarantee.
Returned goods
Goods will not be accepted for return except by prior arrangement and they must be in ‘as new’ condition.There will be a 15% handling charge on all goods returned.
Guarantee
All Mike Ayres Design products are guaranteed for 12 months and switch controls and switches are guaranteed for 2 years against normal wear and tear. During this period they will be repaired or replaced free of charge, as appropriate.Products not manufactured by us carry the original manufacturer’s guarantee.
