Water Siphon for Bubble Tubes (5m)

This very strong and reliable foot pump is the easiest way to empty any bubble tube. Just a few depressions of the pump will start the siphoning action. We have tried and tested motorised siphon pumps and they tend to leave excess water in the bottom (which is normally the part that you want to remove). With this version you can adjust the tube to where you need it to be to get the maximum amount of water out.

It has 10 metres (split into 2 x 5m) of hose so one can easily reach the bottom of the Bubble Tube and the other can reach a nearby sink or drain. Did you know that it can also be used to fill a tube as well?

Please note:
That the foot pump has arrows indicating the direction of water flow. The arrow pointing into the pump indicates the hose that goes into the bubble tube and the arrow pointing out of the pump indicates the hose that needs to go into the bucket, sink/drain or window etc.

  1. Ensure the Bubble Tube is turned off and the cap is removed.
  2. Insert the siphon hose all the way to the bottom of the bubble tube.
  3. Place the other hose into a bucket, nearby sink/drain or out a window.
  4. Use your foot to pump the black pump several times to establish a siphon, once started there is no need to continue pumping.
